How my process works:

I am currently accepting any size project and willing to consider full-time opportunities. Our first step is to discuss your needs via phone or in person as necessary. Once we have defined the nature of your project and associated timelines, I will provide you with the requisite information about project deliverables and associated costs.  Due to current family considerations, I prefer to work remotely, but can work on-site as much as necessary to ensure thoroughness and project completion.

Prior to becoming a full-time Freelance Writer, I spent close to thirty years in logistics and operations management for a number of organizations in the public and private sector. I have managed large-scale distribution centers for the U.S. Postal Service, worked on manufacturing projects for startups, and set-up distribution and warehousing plans for multiple small businesses.  This level of experience allows me to bring a unique, executive-level dynamic to each project I encounter. I have also managed ISO-9001 Certifications, SAS-70 Audits, Lean Manufacturing implementations, and more. I have recently focused on procuring government contracting opportunities for small businesses.

I provide a variety of freelance and technical writing services, from writing grants to developing comprehensive technical how-to manuals, software documentation, and user guides. I have over 10 years of experience researching federal contracting opportunities and crafting winning proposals for small businesses. I also create engaging blog articles and develop web content, FAQs, and training videos for software and hardware. My preference is to work remotely with required on-site visits as needed to complete the project.
